Dr. David Gabriele, ND, R.Ac
As a naturopathic doctor and an acupuncturist, I am primarily motivated by the need to be of use to others and to help people achieve their health goals. My interest in the often overlooked wisdom of the past led me to Traditional Chinese Medicine and a diploma in acupuncture. In an attempt to complement and strengthen the traditional knowledge, I completed McMaster University’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program and found that a marriage of the ancient wisdom with modern science produced the greatest results for my patients. I have been a registered acupuncturist since 2008. With a desire to expand my capabilities and further my knowledge in clinical medicine, I completed the Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine program at CCNM in 2016. I specialize in injury recovery, pain management, muscle & skeletal issues, digestive problems, stress & anxiety management, weight loss and general health improvement consultation (although I have experience in helping people with many other issues). I have over 20 years experience teaching Taiji, Qigong, meditation and self-defence. I am certified in Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture and am a certified Sport Nutritionist. Overall, I love to empower people to take control of their lives and become active in their own care. What else can one ask of life than to leave people in better shape than how you find them?
